Pearce Planning are engaged with exciting projects across the country and individuals have historically worked on many projects under previous employment. Our work expands across private and public sectors within many industries. Our planning input ranges from specific tasks like representations to emerging policy, small minor applications, peer review to full co-ordination of major planning applications working with a suite of consultants and the architects and clients.
Projects are mainly in England and Wales but we have also provided advice on sites in Scotland and historically in Northern Ireland. Planning Law, procedure and guidance varies significantly depending on location and each site has its specific policy context, history and constraints / opportunities which keeps our role interesting and requires us to apply our skills and expertise.
