Members of Pearce Planning have worked with Crown Student Living since 2013 and have achieved many planning consents on schemes between 200 and 850 beds. The team work with ECE Westworks Architects and other consultants to deliver enhanced planning solutions on key regeneration sites to provide more efficient buildings and layouts making the best use of land. The team have worked on new build and refurbishment and upward extension proposals requiring full applications, minor material amendments and non material amendments and manage the discharge of planning conditions.
Projects include the Former Gala Bingo site in Nottingham, Lancaster Street in Birmingham and Little Holme Street in Leicester along with many other historic sites in Cardiff, Reading and Bristol. We also provide pre-purchase feasibility advice to define chances of success and all relevant planning issues.
