Fusion Group
Pearce Planning have a special role with student developer, Fusion Group, and provide planning advice on emerging sites across the UK. We work closely with Corstorphine & Wright and the client team to continuously evolve the vision. The team have provided project specific advice on sites taken forward and either provide strategic due diligence advice alongside local planning consultants or co-ordinate planning applications throughout the process for city centre sites to deliver between 300 and 800 bed schemes. Some sites also deliver ground floor commercial space and other residential or commercial space as part of a mixed use scheme. We have also acted as expert witness on schemes at appeal. Our role with Fusion has existed since 2013.
Sites include Swansea, Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Loughborough, York, Brent Cross (London), Portsmouth, Hatfield and Glasgow. Most schemes involve buildings of scale either in height or mass and deliver excellent communal facilities and a range of room types.
