Square Bay
Pearce Planning were appointed by Square Bay to prepare, submit and manage an outline planning application for 59 homes on an edge of settlement site in Devizes. The site issues included Neighbourhood and Local plan policies, 5 year housing land supply, heritage and landscape impact, design, agricultural land, odour and highways. The application was recommended for approval by officers but refused at Committee on planning, landscape and heritage grounds. An appeal was lodged under the Hearing procedure which was successful.
