Bristol Grammar School

Members of the Pearce Planning team worked on the planning application for Bristol Grammar School’s performing arts centre and 4G pitch at Failand Sports Centre with AWW architects. Both these schemes were granted consent and we acted in the planning condition discharge role with the contractor. The process overall involved the co-ordination of sub consultants, input to the design process, planning review, consultation and policy assessments and the submission and management of the applications. We also advise the school on their property interests.
